Back by popular demand & backed by the success of several frisky make-out sessions last Valentine's Day, Speed Dating at HandleBar is now a monthly event that will rotate between straight and queer sessions. Take your dating life live & off app by engaging in 4 minute getting-to-know-you rounds with other daters. We'll provide the ambiance, welcome you with a specialty drink (n/a option available), and throw in some icebreaker questions to help things along. We'll cap the night with several live match mini dates (all other mutual matches will be texted to you within a few days). How it works:

1. This is an all ages event! Due to attendee data, prior ticket sales, and feedback, we have opted to hold lesbian & queer breakouts. Sexuality and identities are personal and complex; go to whichever session feels most like you! You might find a romantic date or a dog park buddy. Just come with an open mind & heart.

2. Buy a ticket for one or more sessions!

3. Show up (on time, please!) & check in at the front door. You'll get a name tag & the option to add your pronouns.

4. Grab your welcome drink at the bar.

5. Meet your host, who will direct you to your first seat.

6. Enjoy four-minute mini dates. We'll provide a note sheet (which we highly recommended using--there will be lots of new faces and names!).

7. Choose up to 4 connections, and decide if you are comfortable with live matching with them. If not, we'll put you in contact via text message.

8. Watch as we announce live matches, each of whom wins a free mini date on the patio.

9. All text matches will be sent within 4 days of the event.
